I bought this to play Forza Motorsport. Works great with 5,6,7 so far. My lap times have greatly improved.
Force feedback makes you feel like you're driving the car. You have to plug it into the wall to have the force feedback work, and it needs a USB to connect to the XBOX. I had to buy an extension cord to reach my table. It comes with desk / table clamps which work well, haven't had any issues with it moving.
The pedals have carpet spikes which you need to extend or it will slide on the carpet. It looks like it also has feet so it should stick to a hardwood floor though I haven't tested that. On carpet it doesn't move at all. Many reviews said that the brake pedal was too stiff. I haven't had any issues with it. I play sitting in a chair wearing shoes. I suppose it could be an issue if you are not wearing proper footwear or not sitting in a driving position, but it has not been an issue for me. I can easily hit 100% braking force per the in game telemetry.
Overall very happy, nothing bad to say about it.
